• If you purchase something through our secure server or shopping cart, we will obviously be collecting any and all personal billing information we need, which may include full name, address, phone, and credit card number information. In general, for most of the free resources on this site, we are only collecting your name and email, and even the name is optional. We may, if we’re smart about our marketing, also collect a zip code so we can tell in general what parts of the country and the world tend to be interested in certain aspects of my work.  

• We aren’t sharing the information with anybody but us- meaning folks internal to Amber Jean Studio. There is no intention, desire, or logical reason for us to sell, share, or give away any personal information we collect about you to anyone else. Why? Because the most important thing in a business relationship, or any relationship, is trust, and where would we be if we bandied your personal info all over the universe?  

• If you sign up for any subscription we offer, there is a link at the end of each email you receive that allows you, if clicked, to review and change any information we have about you. If you purchase from us through our website and you wish to review or change any information we have on file, email or call, and we’re happy to look it over with you, and make any changes you need.  

• We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.  

• Certain aspects of this policy might change without us notifying you as an individual. If something changes we won’t be notifying you directly. But you can always ask.
