• Be sure that you have the latest version of RealPlayer browser plug-in installed.

• AmberJean works best with Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x or Netscape 4.x browser or better.

• AmberJean is best viewed at a screen resolution of 800 x 600.

• If you only receive audio or the video is choppy, then there is not enough bandwidth to send video. At a minimum, a good 56k connection is necessary to view the stream.

• Of course a fast Internet connection is preferred, 56k or better. If you have been considering upgrading to a DSL or cable modem, perhaps it is time. AmberJean looks and sounds great at higher bandwidths.
