Little Beaver has arrived.

Small enough to settle into the palm of your hand, but somehow possessing a rather enormous personality, Little Beaver is the newest member of my palm-size bronze family.

Beavers are remarkable little beings; builders, creators, problem-solvers and persistent shapers of their world. They remind us that seemingly small acts can transform a landscape and that creating a beautiful life often happens one branch, one choice, one determined little effort at a time.

I had sooooo much fun sculpting this little bugger….! There’s something about his round little body, paddle tail and earnest expression that simply makes me smile.

Each Little Beaver is cast in solid bronze, individually finished and patinated by hand, so no two are exactly alike.
